	Shipping Charges & Options	ALL orders are SHIPPED FREE anywhere in the world from our headquarters in central Connecticut. We only require a $15 minimum purchase. Orders that do not meet the minimum will be charged a $ 3.00 shipping/handling fee. US Destinations: Parcels are sent via U. S. Postal Service First Class Mail for lowest prices. We also offer Priority Mail service as an option during check-out. If you need Express mail service or other special handling, please contact us first to make arrangements and obtain a cost estimate. Depending on the time of day, Express or overnight mail service may not be possible. International Destinations: Parcels are shipped via airmail First Class Letter service. If you wish to add insurance, please select International Insurance under the Shipping Options category. We also offer Priority Mail service which is rather expensive. If you need Express mail service or other registered mail service, please contact us to make arrangements and obtain a cost estimate. Customs/VAT Obligations:  1 Ferrets Treasures complies with export reporting requirements. The full value of a parcel must be and will be declared. We cannot mark parcels as "gifts." Buyers are responsible for determining the customs or tax liability for merchadise imported into their respective country. Each country makes its own determinations and we cannot be responsible for knowing the regulations of hundreds of jurisdictions. PLEASE CHECK WITH YOUR LOCAL AUTHORITIES BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER to avoid any delay or tax surprise unpon receipt.
	Shipping Schedule	November 11 through the 14th Shipping Delay: Orders placed and paid by Friday, November 11, midnight USA Eastern Time, will ship Saturday, November 12. All orders placed after that time will be shipped on Wednesday, November 16. Our apologies for any inconvenience. We ship worldwide daily - Monday through Friday except on postal holidays. All items are in stock and ready to ship usually within 1 business day. If there will be any delay, we will notify you promptly.
	Payment	Pay Pal Money Order/Cashiers Check, Personal Check If your payment is sent by registered mail, there may be a delay for your letter to arrive. Personal & e-checks accepted, but there may be a delay in processing your order until the payment clears. If you prefer to pay using any other form of service, please contact us to make arrangements.
	Communication	A system generated order confirmation is sent immediately upon placing your order. A payment confirmation is automatically generated by the credit card processor. An email confirming shipping date is sent separately the day before or day of shipment.
	Packaging	Packaging is recycled when it does not affect product safety. It keeps costs down & benefits the earth. While patches may be shown carded or packaged, we reserve the right to remove any cellophane or cardboard backing prior to shipping. It does not only reduce postal costs; it is better for the environment.
	Gift Enclosure Card	FREE. Just ask! We'll include a gift enclosure card & remove prices from the packing slip.
	Refunds & Returns	Cheerfully accepted*. If YOU aren't happy, then WE aren't happy! If necessary, refunds are issued upon return of merchandise in SAME condition and, when feasible, in the same packaging, utilizing same class of service. (*Custom or special patch orders cannot be returned for either exchange or refund). We do reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns other than those as a result of our error. Returns may also be subject to a $3 minimum charge to cover shipping expense. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receipt and returns shipped within 10 days of receipt.  We recommend you add delivery confirmation service to your return and insurance in the event the return parcel is lost in the mail.  Please contact us before you make your return to confirm any fees and to alert us know to watch for your package.
	Special & Custom Orders	Are Welcome! Can't find a specific applique or trim, please ask. Our friendly mascot, Bismark, LOVES to ferret out what you need. A modest minimum order or deposit may be required. Please contact us with your needs. Our industry contacts can help get you the perfect patch.
	Mailing List Sign-up and YOUR Privacy	Occasionally we send out discount sale flyers and new item notifications. 1 Ferrets Treasures takes spam very seriously.
